This Agreement is a legal agreement between the Licensed User (hereafter referred to as User) and Dayal InfoSystems. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, then he/she may not use the Services. This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA.

These terms may be updated from time to time in the future. The User should agree to review our Terms and Conditions regularly by visiting this page. Continued access to or use of the service will mean that the User agrees to the change.

When This Privacy Statement Applies

Its liability to User is limited to those who have downloaded the application by clicking on the “install” button on an authenticated Google PlayStore.

Installation of our application and services via other means can be considered a fraud for which Dayal InfoSystems is neither liable nor responsible. In addition Dayal InfoSystems reserves the right to take further legal action towards such individuals and entities pursuing such activities.

Description of Services

We provide an array of services to serve as a complete business management Software (“Service” or “Services”). The User may use the Services for his/her  business use or as detailed by the organization that he/she represents. The User may download the application from the Official website/ Google Play Store using the Internet.  A User can create and add content to his/her account. But, the User is responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the device necessary to use the Services. We try our best to make Businesses compliant to the taxation and other laws as much as possible. But, it is solely the User’s responsibility to see to it that he/she remains compliant with laws levied by the Government.

Business Data and Privacy

The User alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information. He/She is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her user account. All data is maintained in the Cloud as desired by the User for ensuring high availability and data backup. The User can avail the services of Dayal InfoSystems in case of any unauthorized use / access of their user account by reaching out to dedicated SATHI Support.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility. Dayal InfoSystems is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occurred due to data discrepancy/software issue.

Data Ownership

The User owns the content created or stored by him/her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users use of the Services does grant Dayal InfoSystems the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for Dayal InfoSystems internal purpose for improving the software services. Dayal InfoSystems tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks.

Collection of Your Information

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

Your account information: Your name, email address, password and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender, mobile phone number. Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile.

Location information: Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.

Computer and device information: Information about your computer, Internet connection and mobile device, including your IP address, operating systems, platforms, device type, device’s unique device identifier, mobile network information and the device’s telephone number.

Stored information and files: Our applications also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips.

We use the information you provide to us to authenticate users & to enhance the functionality of our app.

How We Use The Information We Collect

Camera

To take the picture of the bills etc to be attached with transactions.

Contacts

To autofill details during party creation and to enable creation of transactions on your app based on your party’s usage of the application. We will also enable you to import contacts from your mobile to your desktop application using these permissions.

Storage

To store reports, PDF, Excel generated by users and access user selected images to attach with bills.

Location & other Services

To customize the application according to the User’s region and gather diagnostic data to ensure optimal device performance.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind. We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software. We use access tokens to protect your information from frauds.

Approval of Alerts, Messages and Promotional campaign

In addition to the General Conditions of the application service, a User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The User agrees to receive promotional, transactional and commercial communications from Dayal InfoSystems through calls, email, SMS or push notifications.
2. Under certain conditions, promotional messages are transmitted to the users and Dayal InfoSystems shall not bear any further obligation in respect of such promotional messages.
3. Users can choose to opt out of such communications via contacting SATHI Support or reaching out to any of the customer service agents.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

Please check our Privacy Policy periodically for changes. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. We will alert you to significant changes by posting the date our policy got last updated, or by sending you an email when we are required to do so by applicable law.
